Monday 6:00 - 7:30pm Junior & Senior Squads
Wednesday 6:00 - 7:30pm Junior & Senior Squads
Thurday 6:00 - 7:30pm Senior Squad only
Friday 6:00 - 7:30am Senior Squad only
Friday 5:30 - 7:00pm Junior & Senior Squads
* note no Friday night session the last Friday of every month

2: Non competitive is for children not in Squad Training (club night swimmers).
3: Check Flyers for events according to age that your child can enter.
4: Check the Flyer for Maximum entries some of them have limited Entries.
5: Check Date of when entries need to be in by, an email reminder will be sent at least 2 days before closing date.
6: As soon as enties have been submitted you will be sent an invoice by our treasurer. We prefer not to handle cash, Our Bank Account Details are as follows: 03-1733-0005524-00 use your child's name and invoice as reference.
7: Psych Sheets will be email for you to check your child's entries are correct.
8: Uniform- We have Alexandra Swim Caps available for $10 each for the newer design or $5 for the older design, we also have clothing (togs, singlets, polos and hoodies) that you can purchase at reasonable prices.

9: After meet has finished results will be forward on to you for your information asap.
10: At the meet we expect that you arrive no later than the time requested by the Coach or Manager, there is a period before racing starts to warm up which we do as a team.
11: At most meets there is Only allocated seating for swimmers, coaches and a manager!!! Parents are normally seated in non allocated seats.
12: Food!!! Make sure your child has snacks to nibble on between races a couple of ideas are grapes, small cut pieces of fruit, rice crackers, nuts, muesli bars, popcorn etc. (you know you're children best)
13: Drink!!! Swimmers need there own drink bottle and need to drink regularly throughout the day our manager on the day will try to remind them.
14: Time Keepers and Officials, if you can let me know what sessions you are available for at any meet I can forward your details onto the required Club. Time Keepers do get the best view, food and water through out the day.
15: Feel free to go to the Swim Otago Website as there may be other meets you may want to enter that flyers have not been sent out for.
